Furthermore, the company owns HarperCollins, one of the largest book publishers internationally, and has a substantial digital property advertising business (Move) in the U.S. In November 2021, News Corp started to execute the $ 1B (USD) repurchase stock program after the first-quarter earnings release in early November. News Corp. agreed to purchase Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) for $ 1.15B (USD) in cash from S&P Global Inc. and IHS Market Ltd. and expects to receive an estimated tax benefit of $ 180M (USD).
