Ase Technology is a combination of other companies, including Siliconware Precision Industries Co, Ltd, Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) Inc, and USI Inc, with operations in China, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Malaysia and has offices and service centres in South Korea, China, Japan, Belgium, Singapore, and the United States. Ase Technology stock (ASX.xnys) is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), had a market capitalisation of $17.16B (USD) as of January 2022, and $16.98B (USD) in 2020 yearly revenue. At the end of the year 2021, Ase Technologies announced that ASE and Beijing Wise Road Asset Management Co., Ltd. ASE (Weihai), and ASE Advanced Semiconductor (Shanghai) Ltd and ASE (Kun Shan) Inc. to Wise Road Capital or its designated affiliate in exchange for cash consideration in an aggregate amount of $1.46B (USD).
