ASM International NV (ASM.xams) is a Dutch multinational corporation, a leading supplier of semiconductor process equipment for wafer processing headquartered in Almere, the Netherlands. ASM specializes in designing, manufacturing, sales, and service semiconductor wafer processing equipment to fabricate semiconductor devices. The Dutch corporation has developed and established wafer-processing technologies used in industry, including lithography, chemical vapor and atomic layer deposition, ion implant, diffusion, and single-wafer epitaxy.
